  We loved the unit. There was tons of storage and the kitchen and bath were updated nicely. The internet connection worked great and the place has a great sound system to watch movies. A slight bummer was being on the third floor and going up and down the elevator. I think being on the first floor would be better/easier, but then you might experience some noise above you...We stayed a week and housekeeping finally came the night before we left and changed the sheets. We didn't really mind, but if this is important to you, just make sure you call. We would definitely rent the unit again. We love Mammoth!

  The condo has been remodeled and was very nice and so convenient to the slopes. Our only problem was we couldn't figure out how to work the fancy electronics. We'll keep #327 in mind for next season.

  Unit was just like the photos, very clean and comfortable. 2 flat screen TVs with DVD and surround sound. Great fireplace and comfortable bed. Secure underground parking. No AC but 2 ceiling fans. No WIFI in room had to go to 1st floor lobby to get WIFI service for our tablet. Room does have ethernet cable access though. This is a private rental with no room service. The room was excellent but the pool and jacuzzi was not available during our stay because of painting maintenance. We were not informed of this inconvenience when we booked our reservation. The phone in the unit did not work and local calls cost $.50. The Management Company apologized for the pool being closed and said they would take care of the phone. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this unit again.

  kitchen needs a cutting board, new toaster and coffee maker with timed shut off -- minor stuff. View (toward east) was very nice especially as full moon was out. Ceiling fans were good (and necesssary -- summer) I will likely rebook this again next summer -- overall very good

  Sunstone #327 was very comfortable and clean. It also had a nice view out the windows and balcony. The kitchen had all the basic supplies. The unit did get very warm both day and night as there is no air conditioning and it was exceptionally warm during our stay. One other minor suggestion is that you need to be sure to turn off and unplug the coffee maker after using as it doesn't go off on its own. I would definately stay here again.

  Fantastic, quiet, one room unit with a fabulous view. We really enjoyed the pool/spa/workout room too. Great experience other than a glitch with one of our card keys. We'd love to try it during winter - right on the slopes!

  Sunstone is a great location -- quieter than Juniper Springs, but very convenient to slopes and base area.
  
  This unit is beautiful. Upgraded counters and two flat screen tvs. It is top floor, very quiet, and seems larger and upgraded from the units managed by Mammoth Mtn. directly.
  
  Only downside is, it's not on the Mammoth Mountain reservations systems. That means you don't get a 10 % discount available for MVP passholders, you don't get daily cleaning service, and you're not automatically linked into the Juniper Springs front desk. But the front desk people will accommodate any need. And, many many towels are provided, so we didn't need the daily room refresh.

  Warm and comfortable layout. Nice home theater setup with room to hook up a gaming console or other AV device. Sub woofer needs adjusting. Felt like an earthquake on the lowest volume setting. Kitchen and bathroom were clean, adequate, and functional except for the toaster. Bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The top-floor view was a definite plus.

  Looking forward to staying in this property again. The only downside was that Eagle lodge couldn't open during the Thanksgiving weekend due to lack of snow. Still, it was a 5-10 min drive to the Main Lodge.

  We stayed here August 2011 this was our first time to Mammoth and it turned out to be one of the best vacations ever! Condo was clean and great for the two of us. Great view. One thing I did not expect was no air conditioning so the room was very very
  warm when we arrived. We kept the fans on all weekend and the windows open it it cooled down at night so it was bareable. We will book this condo again.

  From the time we arrived at Sunstone we were greeted with an awesome BellMan to an amazing view. Sunstone was super clean,comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend espape. It was perfect! We will be back for sure!
