  The condos is much larger than the pictures let on. It's roomy, well kept, clean, and conveniently located a 5 minute walk to the Canyon Lodge (or 30 sec shuttle ride). It's a quick drive to any of the shopping centers. The decor is quaint and homey. The L-shaped couch can literally seat all guests. Having 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms is wonderful. If you have kids, one bedroom is tucked away in the back offering the kids refuge and you some peace & quiet. All rooms have TVs and DVD/VCR players. The kitchen is basic but fully functional. The pantry is locked so the counter tops is the only place if you bring dry goods. THERE ARE NO PAPER TOWELS and one dish towel - bring them. A washer & dryer unit is in the kids room and convenient. The jacuzzi was heated and a small game room with ping pong table was available too. No joke about the steep road to get to the unit and it can get icy (slipped and fell myself). We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go again.

  My family and I were very pleased with the property we rented. My only disappointment was that there was little tp and no paper towels. We were informed by management that paper towels were not included (Though Nancy broke the rules for us). There are rules for self cleaning even with a cleaning deposit which was odd but none-the-less the property, t.v., audio, video, and property lay out were great!!!

  Really a great condo. Nice furniture. Bedrooms are a little small but functional. Extra blankets would have been nice to have. I believe a visual line or light strip needs to be placed in the floor between the living room and the kitchen/dining area. The step down in the floor between these two areas can be a problem if you are not aware it is there.

  The place was clean and larger than i thought from seeing the pictures. 7 of us stayed there and we were all pleased with the unit. One thing to take note of though, is that the unit resides up a hill thats about 200 yards long. And it can get icy in a big storm. I had summer tires on my all wheel drive vehicle and barely made it up the hill, not to mention down it. Luckily by the time we left, the sun had melted the ice on the road. Anyways, if it looks icy to you, and you don't have chains, you may want to look for parking down below.
  
  The walk isn't long to the lift from the unit and there's a short cut down a hill behind the austria hof. Would prefer an actual ski in / ski out overall, but at this price the unit was a great value.
