We had a very nice time there and were lucky there wasn't anyone next door to us during our stay. It was a bit dusty on top of the window ledges and we had to clean the heater covers because they were full of dust. The only real bummer was how loud the heating system was. It made a clanging kind of noise in one room and a loud high-pitched whirring noise in the other. If you sleep really soundly you'll be fine. If not, bring ear plugs.
The one other bummer was the amount of drinking glasses and silverware that was provided. Like 3 decent-sized glasses and 3 teaspoons... We bought some from the hardware store and left them there because there weren't enough. Other than that it was really nice. Also

Beautiful condo. Next to pool. Beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Hot tub is SUPER hot!

No complaints here. Heat worked great, hot water was fine. Place was more updated then most. Very functional, very cozy place. Walk is about 10 minutes max to slopes - splurge on the multi-day locker and leave your stuff at Canyon.

We've stayed at many different locations in Mammoth, and love this unit. We've stayed here before, and it's well stocked, warm, and close to Canyon. Only wish we could bring our dogs to this property. Mammoth is lacking in that area.
