This cozy condo is great for families with tasteful mountain décor, a spacious balcony with BBQ, vaulted ceilings, dining room with seating for six and a bar. The large sectional sofa has room for everyone to relax after a long day on the slopes and even comes with a pull out sofabed for extra sleeping room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences to cook a nice meal for the family or extra company.

The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a second bathroom. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge, this condo is a great value and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. There are 5 steps to this unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.

We stayed at mammoth west #105.

Everything was great! Hot water, clean bathrooms and showers. However, the shower pressure was a little weak in the master but thats no biggie. There is an extra roll away bed in the closet with extra bed sheets.

Plenty of pots, pans, plates and things to cook and eat your meal. New kitchen sink sponge and plenty of dishwasher soap. The only thing make sure to buy some paper towels/napkins before eating or cooking so you can clean and wipe things up easily.

The entire unit is in pretty good condition, super happy with my choice and I'm pretty picky. It was nice and toasty with the heater on so no need for a chimney.

This unit is very close to the "lobby" which is also the area where the pool and jacuzzi are. The lobby was clean, roomy and and also toasty. We didn't really use anything from here, we just used it as a short cut to where the car was parked. By the way parking is outdoor assigned parking.

Also, this unit is walking distance but it might have been a bit of a tiring walk being that you would be walking uphill to canyon lodge and in cold snowy weather that might not be so fun but it would be doable. We did end up driving even in nice weather. Why tire ourselves out by walking :O).

Someone commented that the carpet is a little dirty. It is, but seems to be normal wear and tear nothing disgusting or disturbing. Just bring some house slippers if that bothers you. I did notice that the covers on the twin beds had some stains/slightly dirty markings which did bother me. I usually throw the bed covers on the floor anyway since I've heard that in hotels they hardly get washed. So maybe bring an extra blanket or sleeping bag. Either way you may not need anything extra since the heater kept can keep you warm.

I hope I covered everything that will help you in deciding where to stay. I know I like detailed reviews when I'm looking around.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was clean and in good shape as promised. Location is very convenient to Canyon Lodge, and property manager was very nice. Only minor gripe is that the kitchen was missing paper towels and a dishrag/sponge.

Limited kitchen equipment and other necessities. Daily towel service would be nice. Sleds were stolen from outside of front door one night so security is a concern.

In generally it was a very satisfactory stay. I realize that it would probably raise the rate a bit, but I feel that a tiny inexpensive renovation on that place would make it worth it.
