This is a gorgeous premier condo located in phase IV of Snowcreek. With hardwood floors throughout and new tile in the kitchen, this condo stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The wood fireplace with floor to ceiling rock makes a great gathering place to relax at the end of a long day on the slopes.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a eurostyle bunk bed with a Twin on the top and a Queen on the bottom with a pull out Twin trundle underneath as well. In the living room there is plenty of seating for all, a large screen TV with DVD player, stereo system, and Queen sleeper sofa.

The dining area features a nice wooden table with seating for 6 with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything to cook a nice dinner for your guests and has a very open floorplan perfect for entertaining. There is even a private washer and dryer inside the unit. This condo sleeps up to 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. There are 4 stairs to the unit, 2 stairs inside the unit, and no smoking or pets are permitted.

Property was great! Plenty of room for 3 adult couples, kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, and it was roomier than expected! Our only complaint, which wasn't even a big deal was that the tv in the master bdrm did not work. Otherwise great place, we would def stay there again!

For the price, the unit was pretty good. It was evident that the unit had been vacant for some period of time, found numerous cobwebs from the lights, etc. Nothing major. Check-in procedure was great (love using the lockbox). 4:00 pm check-in is a bit
late, especially with a 10:00 am checkout, but it's workable. Snow Creek IV jaccuzzi wasn't very hot, and some of the jets didn't work...probably more important int the winter time. Liked the fact that it's a one story unit, was perfect for the little one,
didn't have to worry about falling out of a loft, or wandering up/down the stairs. The unit itself, other than the cobwebs, was in good condition and furnished nicely.

We have stayed at a number of Snowcreek Phases over the years. This is probably the most picturesque location next to Mammoth Creek, with the beautiful integration of redwood trees, aspens, pines and grassy greenbelts throughout the area. The unit being
downstairs is a little dark, and there seems to be some deferred maintenance that needs to happen with replacing broken blinds and lamp, etc. Overall a good experience.

Had a nice time in the Snowcreek 559, the location was great, unit was very clean, the kitchen was user friendly and the full size washer and dryer came in handy. However, the lighting in the living room was very poor due to burnt out or missing light bulbs in the lamps and the television in the master bedroom was not working. In addition the television in the living room seemed a little small since it was quite a distance from the seating area.

Very nice unit coveniently located. Heater was not working but they sent someone out within an hour of calling and it was fixed promptly which was appreciated. Would rent again.

everything in the condo was great we would stay there again, the only negative is that the TV in the master bedroom did not work
