  We had a great trip and the condo was wonderful. The big screen tv was great and so was the giant living space upstairs. The sleeper sofa needs a new mattress and the twin beds are a bit small for adults. Other than that - it was perfect!

  Surpisingly large place but dated. I loved the place, except the kitchen stove was not that great, there was a broken drawer in kitchen. My wife loved the location (close to Gondola at Village) but she did not like the wall heaters in each room because of uneven heating throughout the condo. The lower level with the bedrooms tend to be colder and the upstairs warmer. Wall heaters worked fine, but I guess not as good as central heat would be (plus my 5 year old managed to get a little burn on one). Master bed is comfy. Could use more light switches. But all in all I loved it. Having two bedrooms and three bathrooms is great. And the location is perfect, we never drove. Jacuzzi is on the roof, small but functional. There was a hairdryer, but it didn't work. Maybe I missed it, but I couldn't find a wifi signal or internet connection.

  Very clean, lots of room, very good rate and very close to everything. Great parking garage. Only one heater in one of the rooms downstairs did not have a proper thermostat so it was hard to keep it at constant temperature. And a couple of the tables in the living room where cracked and loose, so we were scared of completely braking and getting charged for it. All in all we had an amazing time! We would totally go back again.

  Some minor issues with the toilet and second sink in the kitchen. Beds in the second bedroom need to be updated. But overall a good condo with plenty of space and excellent location.

  The place was great, and much bigger than it looked in the internet photos. Parking can be a little tight if you try to fit two cars, but you cannot beat the location. I would definitely stay here again.

  Very nice unit in a good location with spacious bed rooms down stairs, large living area upstairs and well apppointed kitchen. Large flat screen TVs upstairs and in Master bedroom. We would stay here again.

  Helios #2 is in close walking distance to the village and it is very easy to take the gondola up to Canyon for a day of skiing! The condo is wonderful, spacious and very comfortable.

  Property very close to the village and close to most restaurants and lifts. some lamps and remote controls for TVs did not work and property start showing some aging. The underground parking was very convenient but difficult to park for my full size bed truck, overall i think for the price paid compared to other condos it is a bargain and will recommend to friends. Thank you for detail instructions with check in and how to get there!!

  Location was fantastic. I think we were the only ones parked in the garage the whole time. Toilets were running when we arrived....I fixed. Other than some carpet spots near the entrance, everything else was clean. Loved the large TV and kitchen was fun to cook in.

  Condo was comfortable and large; but showed its age. The twin beds are not comfortable for anyone over the age of 13. You can use the BBQ across the street @ Mammoth Estates; but their pool isn't open in the winter (contrary to the advertising).

  This has been my favorite unit to stay in in Mammoth, and we generally rent at least once a month. Will definitely be back. Also coincidental that my friend bumped into Brian on chair 4!

  We booked this condo as part of a last minute getaway with some friends. The location was amazing. 1.5 blocks away from the Village Gondola and the restaurants and shops in the Village. Underground parking was included, which is also great. The unit itself was awesome. My husband was beyond happy with it and wished we could've stayed longer. The bedrooms (located downstairs) and their attached bathrooms were clean and big. The great room upstairs was AMAZING - probably the property's best feature apart from the location. It was huge, with a ton of seating, a functioning fireplace and a huge flat screen TV. Perfect for lounging and hanging out after a long day of activities. The kitchen is dated, but functional. We had a lot of fun putting together the 3-D puzzle of the Eiffel Tower while watching movies. The only minor complaints we had were the toilets kept running, it was difficult to control the temp in the rooms, and the great room becomes a furnace when there's a fire in the fire place and only the windows in the kitchen opened. We definitely hope to stay here again!

  The property is in a good location to walk to the village. The only thing we were dissapointed with, was the community spa was not working. After a long day on the slopes, that is something we look forward to. The property is a little dated, but clean.

  Condo was very cozy. Everything was turned on and heated for our arrival. Full kitchen was great. Great location to village, didn't have to get in car once after arriving. No real interaction with management. Would certainly recommend to a friend.

  Advertisement said property was "accross the street from the gondola" but probably should have said that it wad "around the corner from the gondola." Not a big deal though. Still very close. Place was very clean but the twin beds weren't very comfortable. Common area was spacious and there were lots of ameneties (dishes, glasses, pots, pans, blender, microwave, coffee maker). Overall a great place. The longer you stay the more "worth it" it is to stay there.
